Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead, develop, and mentor the procurement team, including Senior Buyers and Buyers, ensuring alignment with department goals and company standards. - Oversee procurement activities related to fab expansion projects, coordinating closely with Engineering, Facilities, Operations, and Supply Chain to meet equipment, construction, and materials timelines. - Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and long‑term category strategies to support cost, quality, and delivery objectives. - Strengthen procurement governance by reinforcing separation of duties, contract compliance, and audit readiness across all purchasing functions. - Manage supplier performance, implement corrective actions as needed, and support supplier onboarding for new project requirements. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to support new product and new project launches, ensuring early procurement involvement in planning, forecasting, and supply chain readiness. - Evaluate and improve procurement processes, tools, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk. - Act as the primary escalation point for supply disruptions, long‑lead challenges, and...
