About the role: The Production Manager is a critical role within Viant Medical and oversees the performance and satisfaction of employees in a safety focused manufacturing environment. The Production Manager will work to analyze the site’s organizational process and will find ways to enhance employees’ work quality and productivity through operational policies and strategies that keep the site functioning smoothly. The role requires a large amount of versatility in skills; from shop floor layout to optimizing space for upcoming expansion, to developing cross training matrices and job laddering for skill and career growth.
