About the role For our Program Support Management Team, we are looking for a passionate and driven Team Manager to lead our Technical Expertise Support team. As Team Manager, you report directly to the Group Head of Program Support and play a key role in developing both people and ways of working. You are responsible for leading a team of 510 Support Professionals, ensuring high performance, strong engagement, and an excellent customer experience. Your key responsibilities include: Line management of the team, including performance management, coaching, and continuous feedback Supporting and developing team members through training and professional growth Handling and coordinating escalations for highpriority tickets Ensuring policies, processes, and quality standards are followed Creating a positive, inclusive, collaborative, and motivating team environment Safeguarding and continuously improving our high service standards The Technical Expertise Support team is an international team with members based in Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
