Qualifications: - Gather and provide information to complete post-closing requirements. - Work with Member Service Representative staff to finalize collateralized loans, liens on titled collateral, filing UCCs, and securing documents for scanning. - Prepare lien releases and lien guarantees for members/insurance companies and dealerships. - Follows up on CUNA disability and life claims, GAP, collateral protection insurance, and other programs - High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferably have previous experience with loan document or lending workflows - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people. - Above average ac...
