The Trust & Safety (T&S) team plays a critical role in ensuring that TikTok remains a safe and supportive platform for users around the world. Behind that mission are employees and partners working with complex and often sensitive content. Our Global Wellbeing team exists to support them. We design and deliver evidence-based wellbeing programs that promote psychological health, resilience and sustainable performance across our workforce. The Global Wellbeing team is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of wellbeing strategy and programs across Trust & Safety. The team partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams to ensure programs are effectively delivered, adopted and embedded into day-to-day operations.
