We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Healthcare Research & Data Analyst to join our Life Science & Healthcare division in Barcelona . This role involves working with complex real‑world healthcare datasets and supporting analytical projects in partnership with leading MedTech organizations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with major global MedTech companies and contribute to high‑impact work across real‑world data (RWD) and real‑world evidence (RWE) initiatives. About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Achievements It Would Be Great If You Also Had What Will You Be Doing in This Role? - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences analytics, including commercial, patient, payer, KPI, or provider analytics - Hands‑on experience working with Real‑World Evidence (RWE) and real‑world healthcare data such as claims, EHR, or secondary datasets - Strong expertise in handling large, complex datasets in a healthcare context - Advanced skills in SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy, analytical/statistical l...
