RideNow Powersports Concord is looking for a reliable and motivated Janitor/Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe movement and organization of units on our lot—so the ability to confidently ride and handle a variety of powersports vehicles is a must! What You’ll Do: - Maintain a clean, sanitary environment throughout the dealership - Perform regular bathroom cleaning and maintenance to ensure they’re always stocked, fresh, and spotless - Wash interior and exterior windows to keep our showroom bright and inviting - Pick up and tidy the parking lot, removing debris and keeping the grounds presentable - Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across all dealership areas - Keep administrative offices neat, dust‑free, and organized - Empty trash and recycling throughout the building and dispose of waste properly - Assist with other general cleaning duties as needed to support daily operations Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: - Must be 18 years or older - Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission) - Valid driver’s license require...
