How will you make an impact? As a Territory Manager (TM), you will play a key role in improving patient outcomes by partnering with ophthalmic surgeons and clinical teams across your territory. You will drive adoption of innovative technologies, helping practices integrate solutions that enhance both clinical outcomes and patient experience. You’ll combine commercial expertise with clinical support—working alongside surgeons in theatre, supporting training, and ensuring confidence in product use. By building strong, trusted relationships and understanding each customer’s needs, you’ll deliver sustainable growth while contributing to broader team success across the UK when needed.
