Yousign is a European player in electronic signature and trust services, supporting companies looking to digitalize their contractual processes in a simple, secure, and compliant way. In a regulated environment, rapidly evolving with eIDAS 2.0, digital identity, trust services, AI, and cybersecurity, the Legal team plays a key role in the company's growth, protection, and structuring. In this context, Yousign is looking for a Head of Legal to take responsibility for the legal team and support the business, product, tech, finance, and people teams in their day-to-day challenges as well as their major structural projects. Mission : The Head of Legal will be responsible for about Yousign's legal function on a day-to-day basis, with both a strategic and highly operational approach. It will be expected to secure business activities, accelerate commercial growth, support product and regulatory developments, and leverage AI to continuously increase the team's productivity.
