The Opportunity: Mindgrub is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead and scale our entire engineering organization. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for engineering delivery, performance, and growth across all client engagements. This role operates as a Director-of-Directors position. You will lead Directors of Web, Mobile, and Cloud Engineering while partnering closely with peer leaders across Project Management, Quality Assurance, Product Strategy, Design, and Managed Services Operations.
