Summary Holistically manage an Online product management process from product planning and build, to launch and optimization – coordinating with stakeholders, UX and technology throughout that lifecycle. Act as the voice of the ‘customer’, translate needs into a product roadmap and backlog, constantly prioritize and manage the team’s capacity to maximize customer and business value. Work with other Product Managers to collaborate on cross-product team dependencies. Develop strong working relationships with relevant business owners for M&S Business context and with Technology for retail-specific technology expertise. The Online portfolio encompasses Online Selling, Service, App, Personalisation and International. Your role will be aligned to one of these key areas. What you'll do: - Define and drive product strategy by translating customer, market, and technology trends into clear visions, roadmaps, and compelling value propositions that deliver commercial and customer impact. - Own end-to-end product delivery across technology, operations, and customer experience, managing dependencies, risks, prioritisation, UAT, and feature release outcomes. - Build robust, insight-driven busines...
