Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Office - Farmington Hills - Farmington Hills, MI 48331Position Overview The Commercial Leasing Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties and leading the full lifecycle of leasing transactions. This role oversees negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements, letters of intent, and requests for proposals while managing both client and broker relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong real estate acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex deals from initial prospect engagement through execution. This position reports to the Managing Director – Leasing and collaborates closely with Friedman’s internal teams (construction, legal, accounting, brokerage, and property management), as well as third‑party clients, and external brokers.
