Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist the Intermediate Network Engineer and on-site government personnel in responding to and managing any tickets, alerts, or communications that come into the Network Operations Center. - Install, maintain, and evaluate network systems and communications systems. - Perform technical refresh of routers, switches, and firewall devices at customer sites. - Deploy device configurations and verify operability. - Follow up with other government and contractor personnel on outstanding ticket updates. - Observe the actions of other contractor personnel to capture and assist with ticket updates or notes for after action reviews. - Provide support to other contractor personnel towards the accomplishment of their responsibilities and duties. - Contribute to reporting and data analysis of the work done under the CLIN by the NOC. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Active Top-Secret security clearance - 1-3 years of relevant IT experience with specialization in networking technologies, specifically with Cisco switches and routers and resolving LAN/WAN issues. - Basic knowledge of IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, Stateful firewalls and encryption techno...
