Experienced Contract Management Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is currently seeking an Experienced Contract Management Specialist to support the Strategic Missile and Defense Systems (SMDS): Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) portfolio in Ogden, Utah . Boeing's SMDS organization helps protect and deter attacks to our nation, warfighters, and allies worldwide. Some of the key programs within SMDS include: the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) system–the land-based leg of the U.S. nuclear triad. Boeing completes repairs of key ICBM components. This position is expected to be onsite full-time. Position Responsibilities: Exercise appropriate signature authority and participates in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies Represent the company in external negotiations to a diverse set of customers Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret and administer legally binding contractual agreements of a complex nature for The Boeing Company Conduct coordination and partnership with other...
