Description Slot Guest Service Representative / $14 - $16 hr + weekly tips *Housing options available after 90 days* The Slots Guest Service Representative provides friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers in assigned area(s); through teamwork with floor cashiers, ensure prompt response to all customers’ needs. Works between Maverick and Gold Country. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Safeguards company assets at all times. · Circulates about the slot machine area assigned. · Through teamwork in assigned areas, ensures good customer service and prompt response to customer needs at all times. · Prepare or approves all slot payout vouchers for fills and jackpots. · Assists in resolving all customer disputes. · Observes strict confidence in regards to company related matters. · Makes minor repairs and adjustments to slot machines as needed. · Cleans interior/exterior of slot machines. · Answers customer complaints and questions regarding slot machines within his/her authority and ability to do so. · For level 2 - Exceptional attitude & service.
