The Opportunity: This role sits at the heart of our Claims & Insurance teams, supporting members during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. As a Claims Assist Administrator, you’ll combine compassionate customer service with strong administrative discipline, guiding members through the claims process, setting up claims accurately, and ensuring they progress smoothly from start to finish.
