Skilled Technician - Welder - Level II - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  You’ll keep people and equipment safe by rigorously following HSE standards, stopping work for hazards, modeling safe practices around electrical and energy sources, and promoting an interdependent safety culture.  You’ll protect equipment uptime by performing skilled repairs and maintenance that prevent failures, reduce unplanned downtime, and support stable manufacturing operations.  You’ll deliver high-quality workmanship by applying strong craftsmanship, following diagrams and specifications, and using the right tools, measuring, and testing instruments every time.  You’ll strengthen preventive maintenance by documenting work accurately, providing feedback into the PM system, and supporting predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.  You’ll reduce cost and quality risk by identifying issues early, raising concerns, and ensuring work meets all process documentation and quality requirements.  You’ll improve manufacturing flow by collaborating with peers and su...
