Job description

The EMS Manager will provide hands-on Project Management and technical leadership for the development of production manufacturing processes for Controller Hardware solutions. This is a key position on the Electronic Controls team within Rheem’s Advanced Technology Integration organization, providing advanced technologies and systems solutions for Rheem’s Water and Air business units. This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Roswell, GA (Onsite ). Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, timing, and deliverables. Lead and monitor cross-functional project teams, collaborating with systems, software, hardware, test, and product development teams throughout the product life cycle. Ensure strategic alignment of product projects and controls development roadmaps with on-going manufacturing process development activities occurring at Rheem’s selected contract manufacturers Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, builds, key dependencies, and schedules for activities happening inside and outside Rheem Publish project plans, metrics, and issue trackers for transparent communication and tracking of project progr...
