Job description

Your main responsibilities: - Lead negotiations and partnerships to secure terms and expand service offerings for the designated market, including the full contracting process. Look for and implement cost savings within existing cooperation models. - Address and resolve operational issues or service disruptions to minimize impact on domestic and international merchants/customers - Oversee all carrier relationships (quality and costs) and ensuring adequate capacity at expected SLAs for designated platform - Handle all matters related to carriers providing the service on the international markets - Develop mitigation strategies (alternative carriers, hybrid models) and lead the development of new services for carriers from a business perspective. - Conduct logistics markets research to ensure an optimal blend of partners and delivery methods. - Verify invoices/settlements and manage claims in case of incorrect settlements. - Support Allegro 1P CZ / 1P|1F PL operations for international delivery lanes.
