Develops Campaign Programs to increase market share and conversion rates that ultimately increase lead generations, sales, and profitable revenue growth. Assesses market and recommends Campaigns. Develops and project manages approved Campaigns throughout life cycle. Develops, tracks, trends, and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to assess Campaign effectiveness. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Campaign Programs: - Assess the market demographic and industry constraints to propose appropriate Campaigns that will increase market share and profitable revenue growth. Develop proposals including target audience, budget, implementation timeline, program duration, KPIs, and internal or vendor resources. Leverage internal Marketing resources as appropriate. Ensures campaigns adhere to Branding standards and regulatory compliance. - Present proposals to local, sales, and market management for review, input, and approval.
