Job DetailsJob Location: Dover Office - Dover, DE 19901Education Level: 4 Year DegreeWallace Montgomery is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Environmental Compliance Manager to support environmental oversight and regulatory compliance on construction projects, focusing on transportation and heavy civil infrastructure, under the tutelage of a senior environmental compliance manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in stormwater, erosion, and sediment control monitoring, NPDES compliance, and ensuring conformance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections on active construction sites for compliance with environmental permits with DelDOT specifications and NPDES Construction General Permit requirements. Monitor implementation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control (E&SC) measures in accordance with Specifications, Standards, Permitting, and approved E&SC plans. Prepare detailed inspection reports, document field observations, and notify project teams of non-compliance or corrective actions.
