Landscape Construction Crew Leader

Job description

We're hiring a Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial landscape installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for quality control, team coordination, job site safety, and day-to-day project execution. What You'll Do: - Supervise 2--4 crew members on landscape construction sites - Install trees, shrubs, irrigation systems, hardscape, and other landscape features - Operate skid steers, trenchers, trucks, and other heavy equipment - Interpret site plans and ensure work meets spec and timeline - Ensure crew safety and use of PPE; conduct site safety meetings - Coordinate schedules, job tickets, and material deliveries - Train and support crew leaders and team members in field best practices - Communicate with general contractors, account managers, and internal teams - Track labor hours, complete daily paperwork, and report progress What You Bring: - 2--3+ years of landscape or construction leadership experience - Valid driver's license (CDL/Class E preferred) - Equipment operation skills (skid steer, saws, loaders, etc.) - Ability to read construction plans and execute per spec - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills - Abil...
