Description SUMMARY: The CAP Program Manager is primarily responsible for administration of all aspects of assigned in-school and out-of-school arts education programs for youth. This position coordinates logistics for CAP programs in all artistic disciplines, including arts education and arts integration programs. The CAP Program Manager position reports to the Executive Director. Qualifications: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (included but are not limited to): Program Administration (30%) - Oversees curriculum, syllabus, outline and lesson plan development for CAP Programs. - Assists in the hiring of Lead Instructors and Student Instructors. - Leads administrative aspects of assigned CAP programs, and supports and manages Lead Instructors. - Coordinates all logistics, including scheduling programs, ordering equipment and supplies, arranging transportation, etc. - Recruits youth participants for CAP programs, fields youth participant inquiries, manages concerns, and implements participant code of conduct. - Conducts periodic site visits to evaluate program quality and effectiveness and completes individual program evaluations using CAP program assessment tools, and compiles and maintains...
