Job Title: Senior Product Specialist - Card Location: CityScape What you'll do: As a Senior Product Specialist, you will support Western Alliance Bank’s Product Management Team in creating best-in-class commercial card products. You will participate in the growth, development and expansion of our commercial card product set by bringing your product management, product development and commercial card technical expertise to the team. In this role, you will work collaboratively across Treasury Management Sales, Product Management, Card Implementation/ Operations, Marketing, Line of Business leaders, industry partners and vendors to support delivery of enhancements to our commercial card product offering and revenue growth for Western Alliance Bank. ​ - Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Sales, IT, Risk, Legal, and Executive Team to deliver materials in support of various commercial card solutions - Provide training, pricing, and product benefits to internal partners in support of rollout of new and enhanced commercial card products - Create and manage card product process flows - Develop and maintain detailed technical product knowledge to support internal partner ne...
