SUMMARY: Runs an efficient and profitable leasing service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. Leads the department consistent with Vanguard Mission Statement and Core Values. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
