Department Purpose/Function: Ensure superior customer service for all equipment by running an efficient operation of mechanical services to our equipment in accordance with company quality standards, programs and procedures. Job Summary: Field service technician to carry out all floor cleaning equipment repairs and maintain an efficient preventative maintenance program required by the Corporation to ensure excellent quality and customer satisfaction.
