Job description

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, leadership, and operational excellence of clinical and surgical services, with a particular focus on implant and surgical workflows. The role ensures that all clinical sessions run efficiently, safely, and in line with best practice, while supporting clinicians, nursing staff, and treatment coordinators to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Clinical & Surgical Coordination Coordinate daily and weekly clinical and surgical schedules, including implant and specialist sessions. Ensure surgeries are fully prepared, staffed, and equipped prior to commencement Act as the central point of coordination between surgeons, dentists, nursing staff, and treatment coordinators Anticipate clinical requirements and proactively resolve workflow issues 2. Chairside & Surgical Support Provide advanced chairside assistance during implant, surgical, and complex procedures Prepare and maintain surgical fields in line with infection prevention and control standards Assist with patient preparation, monitoring, and immediate post-operative care Support clinicians with complex procedures as required 3.
