Canning/Cladding Operator We are looking for a Cladding and Canning Operator for our Plymouth, MI facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient blending, mixing, curing, and screening of the clad product line on a day-to-day basis. You will be expected to meet or exceed all HSE, quality, delivery, and productivity goals within your area of responsibility. The Cladding and Canning Operator will coordinate and process work orders in a timely manner and actively investigate, communicate, and resolve issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, and planning in collaboration with key managers. This role also requires maintaining detailed production records and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to help achieve world-class processes and products.
