YOUR MISSION AT VOI: As Operations Associate (Belgium), you will be a key player in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across all our Belgian cities. You will work closely with the Belgian Market Operations team and local field and warehouse teams, analysing data and turning insights into concrete actions that improve our service and fleet performance. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be the bridge between local and central teams, driving continuous improvement in our ways of working and contributing directly to safe, reliable, and sustainable micromobility in Belgium. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Belgian Market Operations and local teams with analysis and follow-up of operational data for in-field and warehouse operations. Planning local logistics, including deployment, collection, rebalancing, and transportation of vehicles. Working continuously with the implementation of product and process optimisation to maximise fleet utilisation while managing cost.
