Description Job Title: Radiologic Technologist: Job Description: Summary: The Radiologic Technologist performs radiology diagnostic tests safely and effectively as ordered by the physician. Responsibilities: - Performs radiology procedures in a manner to comply with state and federal regulations - Assists in maintaining appropriate equipment and supplies in the department - Maintains documentation of patient testing information - Completes other comparable duties and assignments as directed by the Radiology Manager - Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Other duties as assigned Requirements: Education: - Associate’s degree in radiologic technology from an accredited school or two (2) years of experience in a directly related area Certifications/Licensure: - Valid state Radiologic Technologist license - Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification Experience: - Two (2) years of experience in a directly related area preferred Technical Skills: - Knowledgeable in computer systems (e.g. PACS), MS Word, Excel and...
