Job Description Summary The Utilities / Sustainability Systems Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all site utilities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This position provides technical and operational leadership across mechanical and electrical utility systems, with accountability for asset lifecycle management, contractor performance, compliance readiness, and continuous improvement. The role also drives sustainability-by-design principles, applying systems engineering methodologies to optimise energy, water, and resource efficiency while supporting site operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability goals.
