Position Summary: Serves as the subject matter expert for nutrition and food safety information and training for Gordon Food Service. Develops and implements nutrition and food safety resources, tools and solutions for both internal and external customers. What you will do: Ensures conformance to nutrition, food safety, sanitation and regulatory standards. Supports sales and marketing personnel by creating, maintaining and training on nutrition and food safety marketing materials and tools Creates, evaluates and maintains recipe database and template menus for conformance to proper nutrition standards by sub-segment. Delivers presentations on nutrition and food safety related topics. Responds to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers and provides nutrition, food safety, menu planning and product selection information.
