Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: - Receives, fills, and delivers stock orders/requisitions - Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware - Cleans floors, equipment, countertops and shelves in assigned outlets Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists Bartender with maintaining garnishes, washing glassware and overall cleanliness of bars Minimum Education and Qualifications: Competencies : Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: - Must be able to follow written directions - Must be able to fill stock orders - Good written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff procedures - Basic knowledge of beer, wine, liquor...
