Who we are looking for: First Eagle is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join the Shareholder Services team. Shareholder Services supports the US and internationally registered funds covering the full lifecycle of investment accounts. The ideal candidate will be based in Columbus (OH) and will be responsible for the duties below and have the following qualifications for this role: What you will do: Transfer Agent & Distribution Oversight Audit & Compliance: Oversee and test policies for processing, call centers, and compliance; monitor blue sky registrations and manage 22c2 market timing reviews System Initiatives: Support TA enhancements and system applications across all First Eagle product types.. Operational Coordination: Manage operational changes with TA and distribution partners, ensuring all updates and corporate actions (via DTCC’s Mutual Fund Profile Service (“MFPS“) and Mutual Fund Information Exchange “MFIX”) meet strict effective dates. Fund Distributions: Coordinate the delivery of periodic distributions, annual capital gains, and dividends in partnership with Fund Administration.
