Department: 39113 Milwaukee South - Home Medical Equipment Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday-Friday 0900-1700 as needed: Pay Range $20.80 - $31.20 Major Responsibilities: · Handles customer complaints regarding timeliness of deliveries or quality of products for areas of responsibility. · Aids field staff with questions regarding equipment. · Stocks and maintains vehicle inventory. · Knowledgeable and competent on the basic DME and specific RT equipment. · Responsible for accurate and timely delivery, pick-up and or switch out of DME and RT equipment. · Completes paperwork in a neat, accurate, timely manner in accordance with regulatory rules. · Maintains and operates company vehicles in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory agencies. · Operates vehicle in accordance with local laws. · Works on-call schedule as indicated by management. · Attends meetings and handle other duties as assigned.
