Sales Account Coordinator Princeton, NJ, US: On-site The Sales Account Coordinator on our new business group is both a team player and a driven individual contributor. They are responsible for project managing multiple accounts and being the strong liaison between their account manager, evaluator, customer care and labs. They are pivotal to assuring the account runs smoothly by managing all steps of the project from new client onboarding to process orders once business is won. We are a looking for a Senior Sales Account Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude as they the cornerstone of our high functioning team! Your key responsibilities: - Ensure smooth and strong communication across all departments by working closely with Sales, FDM's, technical, sampling, marketing, application labs, perfumery & the client. - Leverage resources efficiently & effectively against targeted projects to increase success rates. - Follow the flow of briefs from start to finish so that all needs of the client and brief are met on time.
