Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet all vehicles entering the driveway and assist residents and visitors with opening/closing vehicle doors. - Tag vehicle keys with date & time, make/model, etc. - Able to effectively park and retrieve cars without causing damage to the vehicle. Ability to drive and operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. - Assist residents or visitors with packages or luggage. Deliver packages received in the loading dock to corresponding units, areas, departments, or offices. - Patrol all areas of the property, including the perimeter and interior of the building. - Verify all visitors and direct them as appropriate. - Ensure all building doors and windows are closed and secure at the appropriate designated times. - Document and report all vehicle incidents such as damage, accidents, theft, mis...
