Job description

Franciscan Senior Health and Wellness PACE 1040 Sierra Drive Greenwood, Indiana 46143 The PACE Driver is responsible for providing safe transportation to participants in a timely, competent manner and communicating information, relevant to the plan of care, with the interdisciplinary team (IDT). This position reports directly to the PACE Transport Supervisor. PACE drivers are required to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary, to provide service to frail elderly participants according to assigned responsibilities and (PACE Program) standards. The PACE Driver is critical for setting the tone and experience expected by each participant on trips to the center and external appointments. The PACE Driver has direct interaction with caregivers and contracted partners while conducting business on behalf of the Franciscan Senior Health and Wellness (FSHW) Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program.
