Job Description The candidate will be responsible for running an Electrical trade crew made up of electrical employees of all knowledge ranges. Candidate needs strong background in temporary power distribution, electrical field for installation, planning, and trouble shooting. Will meet with Section Manager to provide updates to ensure daily and long-term projects are carried out. Responsibilities will include: Operating under the BIW Business Operating System (BOS), the Temporary Power FLS will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards while coordinating with other key stakeholders to meet overall milestones. - Completing assignments within budget constraints and scheduled objectives. - Coordinating and facilitating resolution in accordance with the union agreement. - Coordinating hook up and disconnecting ships, ship sections, and ship units across the shipyard. - Candidate will maintain a high level of credibility with the customer, peers, and employees.
