Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: This position will oversee our Prestress Division in Harrisburg, OR and Spokane, WA, as well as operations in Alaska and Hawaii. - Maintain an accurate inventory of all assets within the division, including equipment, vehicles, and facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Develop and manage budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and analyze costs to identify opportunities for savings while maintaining quality. - Coordinate scheduled maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan. - Ensure all assets meet safety and regulatory standards, working closely with safety and compliance teams. - Lead and mentor a team of Equipment Managers, technicians, and support staff, fostering professional growth and promoting teamwork. - Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers for asset procurement, maintenance, and upgrades. - Track equipment performance metrics, conduct inspections, and implement data-driven improvements for efficiency and reliability. - Prepare regular reports on asset utilization, costs, performance, and other metrics for divisional leadersh...
