ABOUT THE JOB: As HR Manager for Belgium & the Netherlands , you will lead the people agenda across both corporate and retail populations, partnering closely with senior leaders at local, European and global level. Based in our European HQ in Brussels, this is a highly visible HR Business Partner role with responsibility for organisational effectiveness, employee relations, leadership capability and talent outcomes. You will translate European and business priorities into local people strategies that drive performance, engagement and inclusion. Reporting to the VP HR Europe, this role leads a dedicated HR team based in Brussels.
