Position Summary Hatalom Corporation is currently seeking Instructional Designers in support of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR). The Instructional Designer provides professional and technical expertise in the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and course materials. This role also provides administrative and instructional systems design (ISD) support to ensure compliance with Navy training standards and requirements. This position is contingent on contract award. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All ISD personnel are responsible for adhering to policies and procedures outlined in CENSECFORINST 1540.1, CENSECFORINST 1540.4, and NAVEDTRA 142. Curriculum Development & Instructional Design: - Develop Training Project Plans (TPPs) to guide curriculum development efforts - Conduct Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) to develop Course Training Task Lists (CTTLs) - Develop Training Course Control Documents (TCCDs), including: - Curriculum Outline of Instruction (COI) - Terminal and Enabling Objectives - Course Master Schedule (CMS) and resource requirements - Develop Lesson Plans, Student Guides, and instructional material...
