Production Engineering Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Production Engineering Manager (Level K) to join the Engineering team in North Charleston, SC. This position is for 2nd shift. The successful candidate will lead an integrated group of engineers and technical employees in Liaison Engineering, providing support for manufacturing operations. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities within Production Engineering Develops and executes project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and establish operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvement initiatives Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops, and motivates employees: Oversees work statement management for engineering rapid response to address open tasks and deliverables Supports the 787 program by addressing open work to facilitate next-day planning De...
