The Clinical Services Representative plays a key role in supporting clinical staff through a variety of clerical duties, helping ensure smooth unit operations while providing exceptional service to patients and visitors. This role follows established guidelines and operates under close supervision. Job Standards and Performance Expectations: Education - High School or equivalent Training - Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant Training preferred. Cerner (CIS) Special Skills - Communication, Customer Service, Computer Skills. Knowledge of medical terminology. Able to use office equipment and multi-task.
