Franciscan Health Crown Point 12750 S Francis Dr Crown Point, Indiana 46307 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Hospitalist to help meet the growing demand of our hospital ist program at Franciscan Health Crown Point . This is a high performing, well-respected group with a great culture of teamwork. WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience with inpatient care and Internal Medicine, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills. Provider will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members to ensure delivery of the highest quality of patient care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: - Flexible full-time schedule - Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. - Focuses on the observation/clinical decision unit - Average inpatient volume: 8 – 12 patients - Limited ICU Setting (All admissions require Pulmonary/Critical Care Consult) Crown Point has: - Operating Beds: 233 - 16 ICU and 22 PCU beds (38 critical care beds) - Strong collegial support from specialists WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with...
