Job Description: As the Training Manager , you will lead the development and delivery of an integrated training strategy in our operational areas across Winery, Bottling and Hospitality sites within Pinnacle Drinks. You will collaboratively develop and ensure maintenance of a range of tools including Training Needs Analyses (TNA’s), training matrices, training plans and supporting training and learning management systems. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll be delivering policies, procedures and frameworks for Pinnacle Drinks operations, while also supporting and promoting broader Endeavour Group learning and development initiatives.
