This includes maintaining positive tenant relations, encouraging high occupancy levels, keeping the property in good physical condition, and developing a marketing campaign to attract tenants. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing affordable housing (LIHTC) properties, fair housing laws, as well as LIHTC guidelines and requirements.
