Senior Technical Program Manager I, Data and Analytics, Finance

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - Experience with data modeling, SQL, and ETL/ELT pipelines, and partnering with backend engineering teams. - Experience leading data migrations, data warehousing, or Master Data Management (MDM) programs. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in management or technology consulting, leading data strategy or data architecture redesign. - Experience working within Finance domains (e.g., accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), treasury) with an understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements. - Track record of managing enterprise data governance or digital transformation projects within a large-scale corporate environment. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for data-first thinking to both technical and non-technical executives.
