Job Summary: The Technology Fulfillment Center Associate is a key hands-on contributor to the new employee experience, responsible for the timely and accurate execution of IT asset provisioning. This role focuses on the tactical day-to-day operations of configuring, preparing, and deploying technology to new hires. The Associate will work closely with the Technology Operations team to ensure all equipment is delivered according to our high standards, providing a seamless and positive start for every new team member in the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Technology Provisioning & Fulfillment: Execute day-to-day provisioning of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, ensuring accurate configuration, staging, and timely delivery to meet Day 1 readiness commitments. Inventory & Asset Management: Receive, track, and organize IT assets while maintaining accurate records in the asset management system in accordance with established SOPs.
