Job Description The Director, Automation Delivery leads the end‑to‑end delivery of automation and agentic solutions across Fortrea, ensuring scalable, compliant, and value‑driven outcomes enterprise‑wide. This role owns delivery performance across the full automation lifecycle and provides people leadership to a high‑impact delivery organization. With Microsoft Power Platform as a core ecosystem, the role supports a broader multi‑platform automation strategy and partners closely with business, technology, security, and compliance stakeholders to establish a consistent and repeatable “paved road” for automation delivery. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Operating Model: Execute and scale the automation delivery strategy across platforms; define and continuously improve a standardized delivery operating model (lifecycle, stage gates, roles, templates); ensure best‑fit, scalable, and compliant technology choices.
